Elinor MacKinnon joins HiPaaS as Strategic Advisor to Strengthen Healthcare Consulting and Interoperability

We are excited to welcome Elinor MacKinnon as an Advisor to HiPaaS! Elinor is a seasoned Senior Executive, CIO, and Strategic Advisor with extensive leadership experience at companies like Charles Schwab, Blue Shield of California, and Esurance. She has a strong track record in financial services, healthcare, and insurance, driving transformative business change and aligning C-suite strategy with execution.

Recognized as one of the San Francisco Business Times’ 100 Most Influential Women, Elinor brings deep expertise in Digital, Data, AI, and organizational performance. She also serves on the CIO Council for Blumberg Capital Partners and has been a key advisor to multiple startups and enterprises.

In her role at HiPaaS, Elinor will help build and expand our healthcare consulting and interoperability business, leveraging her experience in strategy, governance, and digital transformation. We’re thrilled to have her on board!
